HOW TO INTERVIEW A LEADS COMPANY

You need to PHONE the leads company and say ...

Hello ______,
I am searching for a leads company that will sell me good quality leads at a good price.
I am interested in leads of real people who are really interested in working from home.
If you sell me good leads, I can sign them up, and I will be happy to buy more leads.
If you sell me good leads, I am happy to tell my business associates about you too.
If you sell me bad leads, I am not going to be happy and I will want to know before I buy what you do when a client (like myself) is not having success with your leads. Ok?

May I ask you a few questions?
1. Describe to me your best quality leads (surveyed, telephone verified, etc.)

2. What is the difference between these leads.

3. Did your company personally acquire these leads or were they bought from a vendor?
... a. If your company captured them - may I see the capture page?
... b. If bought from a vendor ....
...... (1.) How long have you worked with this vendor?
...... (2.) Does this vendor ever capture incentive-based leads?
...... (3.) What assurances does your vendor give you for quality?
...... (4.) Do you buy from more than one vendor? how many?

4. Do you offer any type of guarantee on these leads or replacement policy?
... a. Do you offer a % of extra leads to account for "bad leads"?
... b. Do you replace leads if they are under 18, out of USA, bad phone, bad email?
... c. If you replace leads, do I have to justify why the lead is bad? If so how?
... d. If you replace leads, how and when will I be sent the replacement lead(s)?

5. What type of information will I receive on each lead? name, address, email, phone, etc.

6. Are these leads sold to any other person?
... a. If yes, how many other people? Will any of them be Ameriplan brokers?
... b. Will I have the leads exclusively before being sold to another person?
...... If yes, how long will I have them exclusively?

7. How soon will I receive the leads? minutes, hours, days, etc?

8. What format do you provide the leads in? CSV, Tab delimited, Email format,etc.

9. Is there a reason I should buy from your company rather than another leads company?

10. Would you think it is wise for me to phone the leads as soon as I receive them?
... a. If yes, this is a good sign of their confidence in the quality of the leads.
... b. if no, this is not a good sign of quality -- so ask why not?

11. Can I try a SAMPLE of your leads so I can judge the quality for myself before I spend too much money? (Allow THEM to define what a "sample" might be.-- some may offer you FREE leads, others may offer you a few of several types of leads at a special price.

ADVICE ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR LEADS:

1. Telephone the leads in the largest cities first (Dallas, Houston, Miami, Detroit, NY, etc.)

4. Do not be concerned if you are BAD at first. You have to be bad before you're good.
5. Practice will yield success - just keep practicing. Success will build confidence.
6. At the end of every presentation - ASK FOR THEIR DECISION TO SIGNUP.
7. At the end of the call - SET YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT (Day and Time)

9. Fall in love with the process of recruiting and followup.
10. Remember your BEST broker may be the next call.
11. Expect 70% of the people to be NEGATIVE.
12. Expect 95% of the people you speak with to NOT BE READY TO SIGN.
13. Expect that 19 out of 20 brokers you sign will take 3-20 contacts from you.
14. This is a TWO year plan ... talk to people 7-10 hours minimum each week.
15. Only those who work their plan each week for 2 years become wealthy.
16. After you give a presentation -- if they are not broke -- 3way with your sponsor.
