One of the most productive and cost effective ways to get good IBO prospects to talk to is with the 'Postcard Prospecting System'.  It's simple and it usually yields from 25 - 35 good responses from every 100 postcards that are mailed out.  WOW a 25% response rate from direct mail is better than FANTASTIC.  Here are the details...

• Purchase pre-stamped postcards from the post office or buy them online at www.usps.com .  Do not use fancy postcards with pictures, etc. on them.  Just plain post office postcards... $26 for 100 or $13 for 50
   
• If you do not already have some leads for prospects who are looking for a homebased business opportunity, here are some suggestions for purchasing them:
  • There are many lead vendors that sell good 'biz op' leads for $.25 - $1.00.  Check with your upline for their recommendations... or choose from the vendor list at www.trymybiz.com/my/businessplan/leads.html
     
  • Many times the less-expensive leads work as well as the higher priced ones do.
     
  • Generally with most lead vendors, if you want leads that target a specific area, you can specify the zip codes or area codes that you desire.
     
• In your own handwriting, write the following message on the back of each card:
  _____ (the prospect's first name), Would like to talk to you about a part-time management position with my company.
  _____ (your name) 000 000 0000 (your local phone number... unless you are prospecting nationally where you would use your toll-free number)

  It is very important to hand-write this message... do not use a pre-printed card or rubber stamp. Also... do not change this message!
   
• On the front of the card, just write their name and address information.  Do not put your return mailing address on the card.
